Your advice is solicited. I'm suggesting 1 night not drinking this week, then two the following & reducing it to 2 weekends

I researched when she ended up in hospital. Binge drinking is better for blood pressure than a daily 3 or 4 drinks.

That scared her and she only drank Friday & Saturday nights. Within 2 weeks palpitations & chest & arm pains had gone.

I almost never drink, so I don't know what it's like to experience withdrawal. Not pleasant I imagine.

Giving up smoking was god-awful, but like every ex-smoker, I'm really happy I did it. Noticeable health-improvement.

Me too. I had bronchitis every winter all winter. Coughing all night. No sleeping. Aching ribs. Gone within a month. Cld run
