Yes, religions evolve. Religious ppl motivated to deny this coz they think a God behind it. We see it get reinvented.

None. It's mentioned in a condoning way in 2 hadiths & all four schools of Islamic jurisprudence later advocated it.

Almost no Muslim accepts them all, many don't accept any. I assumed we were talking abt scriptures - the 'revealed' information.
