Obviously non-believers would rather get rid of cancer than non-belief but I suspect many religious ppl would also eradicate cancer.
I'm not sure what you mean? Core doctrine does seem to be that non-believers go to hell.

If so, Christian mandates do apply to everyone. All are judged & sent somewhere.

No, by God. It is God who is believed to deny freedom of belief & expression & punish people horribly for wrongthink.

It's like an extreme form of moral relativity. I find most people who compartmentalise like this are libertarians.

That's a logical conclusion stemming from a belief. Don't understand ppl who believe in hell, care abt others & are OK w/ atheism.
