Sometimes, American commitment to the Constitution gets a bit much. Trying to have ethical discussion & get told what constitution says.

I agree its very good re: freedom of speech & religion, but ethical discussions shld be able to work without it.

"It's constitutional/unconstitutional' is not necessarily same as 'It's ethical/unethical.' It cld be. Often is. But you have to argue that.

basically I don't like labels because they are far too broad & none us ever meet them apart from subjectively.

That's what needs arguing for, yes. I can't fit my aims in a label. See my pinned tweet. Even that's too concise.
