I get you now! That said, as a former teacher, some of these rules on head coverings make sense. The gang thing is a common one.

I think we'd lose religious headgear too tho if it we banned all headgear related to violence & divisiveness.

The usefulness of such a rule would depend on issues individual communities may be facing. In some places, could be justified.
