Wastes endless time explaining to ppl determined not to understand that free speech is a specific concept tied to ideas, not speech itself.
Make the behaviour illegal. Saying you don't think non-binary gender is real?
Harassing or assaulting non-binary person?

Yes, however when the behavior and the expression are indistinguishable, what do you do?
-
I don't know what you mean. If its an idea being expressed, leave it alone. If its an action harming someone, stop it.
-
Social media. The opinion and the behavior are so overlapped now it's skewed the notion of expression in ways that are weird.

Still not sure what you mean. Ppl can say what they think on social media. Easy to block them or log out.
-
Yes. But if people carry the expectations of social media elsewhere. We've got problems. Hence my use of the term skewed.

I think you'll need to be very specific & perhaps give an example of what you mean before I understand you.
