I do not advocate a principle of 'centrism.' It entirely depends what the centre of any issue is, whether I am in favour of it or not.

I tend to believe (classical) liberalism is a naturally centrist philosophy. Not left/right, but has elements from both sides.

Absolutely. Tho it was Left when western society was more right & would still be left in somewhere like Pakistan.

Definitely. It shifts in response to the zeitgeist. But always advocates for the same basic principles.

Yup. The political spectrum has widened to such a degree where being a reasonable liberal leaves u in the centre.
