My turtle laid eggs. Then she ate them. She is revolting. I'm sure its all very normal & probably healthy. Still revolting.
This was just an ovulation. Turtles don't ovulate unless their conditions are perfect & safe.

She's only been ovulating since we got her a super deluxe environment a couple of years ago.

Seems she could be low on calcium or cld just be being tidy coz she knows they're not fertilised. I'll get calcium block.

Ah, they weren't fertilised, so it's just like eating eggs for breakfast, not potential babies. OK

Yes, I get it now. Just like our hens, but not so often. We call that laying eggs.
