No, even despite my lack of melanin, I find I can still argue against punching ppl whose ideas we don't like.
Answering them would be better. Exposing their ideas. Whether its Islamists, the far-right or far-left. All extremists.

please just try and apply your logic to those preaching rape and child abuse and see if it still applies.
-
Please just try and apply your logic to those preaching secularism, liberalism & human rights & see if it still applies.
-
it doesn't because it is not hate speech. Cmon.
-
It does happen. It happens all the time in Pakistan. Because those ideas are horribly offensive.

look mam. I respect your opinion. But I can see you saying the same thing as a German citizen in the late 30s and early 40s.

no mam. It would not be better. Talk shit. Get hit. It's the only way to shut them up. Your sympathy only makes them stronger.
-
I have sympathy for some ideas ppl get hit for expressing and not for others. This is not the point.
-
I'm an atheist. I criticise religion. Very many people find this horribly offensive. SHould I be hit to shut me up?
-
are you preaching hate and genocide? Then no. But if you were...knuckle sandwich.
-
That will help so much.Lets just not bother countering ideas with argument any more. Just punch ppl if we're sure we're right
