What does that include? Does it include men being more drawn to working with things, women with people?

Not so much, no. That's only applicable to physical strength or speed. Many cognitive & psych differences exist on average.

Yes & claiming these things cultural is the problem. Few women in STEM cos discrimination or being told its not for them.
