This doesn't make any sense. Some ppl simply aren't taught to believe in gods & never look into the idea.
Its not a book about whether or not god exists. It doesn't claim to be. Not every book has to be.

-
Why is this so important to you? Ppl write books based on the premise gods do exist & on the one that they don't.
-
Not every book which touches on religion has to include arguments & evidence for or against the existence of gods.
-
True. I'd be happy to accept a book that deftly avoids that. Psych of religion tries to, generally. Lindsay just didn't

fyi I didn't say his book was about atheism. I just said his claims in the book has implications he didn't understand.
-
Why? Seems very unlikely. I think he understands he doesn't believe in gods. Write a review of it if u can't explain here.
-
I'll consider a full on review if he engages with me more. He's gone into hiding though.
-
Write a thoughtful review & he'll respond. You've not really been saying anything. Doesn't seem you've read it or get it.
-
his work isn't important enough to justify my review
-
Ha! What a complete waste of time talking then. You've not addressed anything he says. Just sniped.Prob coz ur pro-religion
-
just being honest. The really substantive work is in psychology, anthropology, cog sci. Lindsay wouldn't fly in that arena.
