No, it doesn't. Why would it? There is no reason to think there are not ethical reasons for gender equality too.

If they saw this as an attempt at ethical reasoning, yes. I really don't think many ppl would mistake it for one.

Yes. I disagree with it (slightly) for quite different reasons than Feminists but I'm quite sympathetic to it, really.
