Yeah, that seems to work. I think the way I envision intuition is as a tool. In chess, "keep your king safe" is an intuition.

Yeah, intuitions are generally rules (or heuristics) we memorize to function in the world. "don't touch stoves," etc.

Social interaction moves too quickly for us to rigorously deliberate so how we feel about others often dictated by intuition.

We might 'feel' like someone is untrustworthy and not even consciously know why but we have complex sets of social intuitions.
