Being pro-religion & anti-scepticism is seldom regarded as being intolerant whilst being pro-scepticism & anti-religion is. Huge imbalance.

Yes, exactly. Also asking for preservation of secularism by everyone, religious or not. That's what matters.

Secularism is something worthy of activism. Shifting perceptions to stop privileging relig ideas over non-relig probably isn't.

I think that it's something that's going to come with time, if ever. Positive connotations of religion are widespread.
