Throughout whole of my period,1300-1700, the international bankers were Jewish coz Xtians & Muslims were limited by religious restrictions.

Jews faced severe,often murderous limitations, obviously but this was nearly always caused by the other religions & cultures, not their own!

Now suddenly we're to respect the notion that languages, dealings with others and maths skills are incompatible with Jewish culture?

Even if it were, we shouldn't respect it and that's actually more to the point but it annoys the historian in me for non-Jews to assume this
