@UBlasphemist But that requires us to apply cognitive dissonance to the fact we are, for example, talking to a bloke in a frock
As I've said, it should not be banned. But sniggering at trans ppl, oinking at fat ppl, monkey noises at blk ppl
-
-
etc do tend to give the impression of a puerile, naive & unkind humour which I am allowed to think poorly of.

I think it's a a bit of a stretch to equate sniggering at trans to monkey noises infront of black people.
-
I don't. Mocking either just doesn't strike me as funny. But not to be banned unless u force ppl to listen.
-
You seem to be pivoting between open and targeted mocking and mild sniggering. Are neither funny in your opinion?
-
No. Harassment is illegal. Mild sniggering abt blokes in frocks just pathetic. In my opinion.
-
I think the tendency to snigger can be overcome by knowing why some ppl are trans & being around trans ppl if so desired.
-
If no desire to overcome it, fine, as long as it isn't imposed on anyone else & as long as I'm allowed to find it pathetic.
