Yes, but they use Islam to promote an anti-theistic goal. Atheism gets a bad reputation because of this.

They criticise Islam because of the problems it causes. It is OK to be anti-theistic just as its OK to be pro-theistic.

Being pro an ideology and being anti it are two sides of the same coin. Can't say 'only speak of this if its positive.'
