@Liam_Smith1990 So no, I don't think you should for that, but doing it in a mosque during their prayers..That's a different line @HPluckrose
Yes but both should still be legal. Being able to protest should be legal.

Hmmm... I'm not sure I'm convinced. it may come down to what day it is. It's a good job I don't decide law.

.
@nevynxxx Those of us who think it important to criticise religion v vulnerable to any attempt to curtail free speech on grounds of offence -
Which I agree with. I think the article you mention goes beyond that though, it was harassment. It was intended that way.
-
It didn't target an individual but a ceremony. As Kevin said:https://twitter.com/KevinOnEarth/status/803593361315794945 …

I think if that was their aim, they wouldn't have gone about it like they did.
-
I don't know what you mean?Aim was to protest celebrating the lives of Brit soldiers coz of the Muslim casualties of Brit soldiers
-
Then protest Britan's involvment. Protest the people who put the soldiers there. Not the soldiers who don't have a choice.
-
I agree but we're talking abt the right to say what we think whether or not what we think is right.

If some ceremony were going on to do w something I found morally abhorrent,I'd want to be able to go &chant & burn things (safely)
