I'm crap at telling American accents apart. Unless it's Deep South or New York, I have no clue. Can Americans all place each other easily?

Ah. You do sound very much the same to me whereas British regional accents vary widely within a few miles.

Means accents differ within a few miles. Yorkshire still has most traces of Middle English & use of 'thee.'
