So glad I have finally persuaded the husband into getting a boa constrictor. We couldnt have got a baby if we'd left it much longer.

I lied. The selection process will be fun. The plan is to wave my hand over them & pick one of the ones that doesn't strike at it.
-
If there is one who displays no defensive body-language & is interested in me, this will the true heir of my lovely Chaos - Erebus.
-
I know it wd prob never happen anyway, but I'm sad I will never be able 2 go round 2 yr house 4 tea. Bcoz snakes.

-
Erebus will be in our bedroom. The only way my adopted daughter will come round is if I can guarantee she'll never see him.
-
That's somewhat reassuring. But I remember an earlier tweet abt a serpent Houdini... We will need 2 meet in a diff postcode.

no need. im enjoying image of casual visitors 2 your home being 2 English to comment on the massive snake curled up on your sofa
-
XD They were quite used to it. But he'd often go home to his tank if visitors came.
-
I'm assuming u warned them 1st? Just in case u didn't, please do! That way they can meet you at a safe distance.1
-
They treated him with respect. Gave him a stroke. If they got too hands-on, he came to me and cuddled up.
-
Glad you not into spiders. Might have to unfollow...

Snakes uninspiring, but not scary. U got a cat.......?
