You can chase them down the street, harass them by phone & online, corner them etc. If not, fine.

Harassment laws? Yes. They usually result in a restraining order. Daughters ex also got fine & compulsory hospitalisation.

no, they actually dont. suicide is acutally a crime. self harm is against the law.
