It is not evidence that he intended for her to fall to the ground, unless he has been trained.
Really? If a woman hit you, you'd be unsure you cld restrain or get away w/out punching in face?
-
-
Once in that situation though, it's more dangerous to try to self regulate than to "punch hard and run fast".
-
Yes, not denying this. Got far away from point.

So if someone punches you in the face, you won't hit back? Really?
-
I've never hit back when I know I can stop it or escape it w/out doing so, no
-
Well I would hit back in most situations. Some exceptions ofc.

Iknow a girl who's 5'0, pretty small build. But she's a european ju-jitsu champ and police officer. I wouldn't' stand a chance.
-
And she has responsibility to use minimum force too.
-
Absolutly. She's no doubt a damned site better at it. But also at the "avoidance/awareness" aspect.

Depends on the woman. In most cases, I could just restrain. If I *had* to hit, I wouldn't know ->
-
how hard to hit (I have very little experience in hitting people).
-
Again, perhaps the guy could have restrained her and intentionally used excessive force.
-
My point is that *that* is what needs to be determined before we can assign guilt.
-
I'm not disagreeing with that point.

First rule of self defence is "be aware" i.e. don't get into the situation.

I have other friends who are not so extreme examples, but would easily out fight me.
