I think he is talking abt a certain attitude of Trump-supporting MRAs. There may be some who are not legitimate misogynists.

Yes. From what I have seen, I do. I don't think there are many misogynists left but he certainly seems to fit the bill.

In the sense of "sexist", it's hard to deny. He sees no value in women beyond their sexual attractiveness.
