Not sure how that's relevant. Church bells get rung depending on how many ppl want them to not how long they've existed.

Because bells only mark the hours during the week and only on sundays do they toll a lot

They don't. Thing is, they only do so on. Sundays I'd have no problem with muezzins if it wasn't every day
