I do think there are significant differences between the consequences of deciding whether to have a child & deciding whether to pay for it.

It's not a straightforward ethical case. It fact, it's the most difficult one I've faced, I think.

Yes. "Abort coz I want that or I'm free of all responsibility' is unfair.But so is "I want this,u don't. Tough.Pay half forever"

You could prob work out a fair 'compensation' which wld allow men to take some responsibility & help but not be bound forever.

You also have to take the well-being of the child into consideration. It's a tough one.
