I do think there are significant differences between the consequences of deciding whether to have a child & deciding whether to pay for it.

Generally our reasons for having or not having children are emotional & psychological. Probably a problem if we have them for other reasons.

I think there are as many right answers as there are cases. So many variables &working out fairest solution not gonna be formulaic
