They can just say 'I'd abort if I were her so not my problem.' Obv, its not something they'd ever have to prove they cld do.

I don't think its as simple as 'She didn't abort so she wants a baby' I don't want one. Her responsibility now. He had agency too.

Or one-night-stand even. I think a woman who wants a baby & knows her ex-partner did not shld try to relieve him of responsibility.

Not take advantage of a law which says he owes half if she was delighted & he never wanted to be a dad. But he is still responsible
