Prof is not demanding that no-one be annoyed by his speech. He just wants the right to choose his own.
-
I am suggesting its OK to be annoyed & to respond proportionately in a way that might annoy him.Rather than deny FOS
-
He can then either be consistent & support their right to do so or get annoyed & write a thing & undermine himself,
-
ok, I go along with 'undermine'. It would weaken his position but I don't think irritation invalidates the point.
