Ethically, yes.. However, I think men & women are commonly attracted to this height difference & prob not a cultural construct

Shorter men do report finding this a disadvantage in dating & it would make sense in evo terms for women to go for bigger men

Yeah, that is unfortunate. Many other traits place people in the bottom of the dating pool bc of arbitrary preferences too.

Its largely arbitrary now, certainly. The survival of my offspring is no longer related to the size & strength of my husband.

Yeah, and many or most of our preferences are like this now, but they still dictate our wellbeing so enjoying them is rational.

Yeah, I meant it's not bad. On the nurture/nature dilemma, I think it's always some mix of both. It all boils down to biology.
