Not making lots of effort to give them a 'gender-neutral' upbringing or urging them to conform to any gender norms. Just get out of the way.

They will work things out themselves. Don't see anything to be gained from constantly telling them to be less or more the gender they are,

what about pressures already present in society? Cld be that they try to be something they're not. Maybe say "be yourself"
