When actually I need to think abt whether my feelings are reasonable. Realising when they're not actually stops the hurt.

For me, it is being with the feeling, accepting that I'm allowed to feel that way, and moving on.

Allowed to but not necessarily right to. I often realise my initial feelings were wrong.
