Genital mutilation. There's been a little of that in Christianity but mostly not. That's one thing Islam doing differently.

What I'd consider central to consideration of intrinsic (or whatever) harmfulness of a religion is what's been done in its name

Yes, but it depends if you want to know what a 'true' reading of doctrine wld tell you or how ppl lived their religion.
