      Humans of both sexes have emotional & intellectual needs. Accordingly, many of them want families & careers.Some want 1 or neither

      But men's and women's brain are wired differently,woman are happier with children than in the workforce (and vice versa)

      Gender differences do exist. Women are more nurturing on average. Doesn't mean they don't also have intellectual needs & ambition

      Men are more interested in working with things than ppl on average.We wldnt say this means they shld stay at work all the time.

          Google IQ and gender, they are not same across the board.

          That's true. Women cluster around the average more whilst men are over-represented in the highest & lowest IQs.
