OK, now I've cleared my work backlog, the proper sleeping, healthy eating & regular exercise programme will resume. Stepped nervously on scales this morning in preparation for it & was delighted to find I've lost 5lbs this month despite having been terrible on all those counts.

No, once I cracked the cause - a bout of jaundice helped there - and knew to keep it low fat to avoid the pain, it's been fine. I've always failed on diets but when I know half a pound of butter a week will bring back stomach aches, I eschew it. Forced healthy eating!
