Does this mean that the countries in yellow were found to have succeeded in being colour blind while everyone else has bias one way or another? I am skeptical of it, if so. I don't think its very racist but if yellow is thinking equally positively or negatively about black people - ie not being biased for or against - I'd expect the UK to be almost there but that racism does still exist & is against black (and Asian) people.

It's a strange methodology to gauge racism. A country whose population didn't generalise about race at all would come out yellow in this survey.
