I'm not sure this is reasonable, tbh. Seems presumptuous. We can certainly argue about better and worse ways to approach things but not tell people what they should focus on. I'm not sure that makes any sense. I can argue for the value of hoaxes and I'm not sure how presumption comes into it or if it does, why it would be outweigh that. I can also argue against telling other people what they should care about and focus on. Different issues.
