Language is constantly evolving and new words being invented. There is no need to define yourself as 'cis' and few people do but we do need a word to describe people who are not trans when discussing trans issues. It's not a conspiracy. It's just supply & demand & communication

There is no need...for now. Although I'm not sure, to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Twitter or FB would censor someone for using "normal" instead of "cis". Can you honestly say you would be surprised? The market of communication is corrupt to the bone. Not free.
