Don't imply that I ignore individuality. But I don't think that's what I'm doing by saying that the majority of a gender has a tendency toward something. Obviously people make their own choices, and their environment affects what choices they think they need to make. But
You said men are the movers & shakers in the world coz biology is biology and that even high-powered businesswomen want to be rescued. If you're now just recognising different distributions of traits on average with much individual variation, you're much closer to reality.
