You're seriously going to accuse us of not putting significant work into addressing the problem? https://twitter.com/BPDCastellanos/status/1052643586234142720 …

Look I understand that might be frustrating to hear but my point is not at all 'subjective.' What exactly has changed in the research departments themselves as a consequence of this work? Writing is great - I love to write - but if there's no substantive change, that's a problem.
-
It might take more than three of us doing this project, yes. What have you done in this time?
-
Like I said earlier: what I can. This is exactly why I welcome the headline. A government body would be able to do a bit more than you or I or fifty of us could, and it shows the issue is being regarded with the seriousness it deserves IMHO.
-
That's a terrible idea. Government is not the better solution because it is the quicker one. And it isn't even that!
-
Because President Donald Trump will certainly correct all social justice problems(?) Just need to give him more power over academia (?)
-
Definitely, we should wait for uni admins to do anything about a problem they probably make money off of, lol
-
Or identify the problem....ridicule and shame the ideas responsible for it (politely if possible, cause no one likes a douchebag...hint hint)...and let fear of academic humiliation do the rest.
