Well, of course, I've read it. But the idea that a woman's "natural place" is a meaningless term seems like it is ignoring biology. Having worked with enough females who seem to lose their mojo half-way through their grad program, I know that you can't do this.

I'm just finishing a piece about this. We are overlapping populations. This means that everyone will have natural preferences, abilities & interests and the distributions will vary by gender but it tells us little about any individual.
