This argument made me make this face in real life
The idea is that because of historical discrimination, most areas of academia and innovation are biased towards white people. Diversity and inclusion ensures that more than just white (male) people get to participate.

You are so funny, you try to argue with people because they follow other people... 1. A follow is not an endorsement I follow a lot of people I don't agree with, 2. discrimination against blacks, whites & any other color is racism - regardless if some think it´s "ok"!

I'm a fan of a lot of people and disagree with them - being a fan doesn't mean I have to agree or I would endorse anything somebody else said... And I don't care what you think Sam Harris agrees or disagrees with me - If he has a problem with my view he can tell me ;)
