yes, they do - Diversity and Racism/Sexism argues that you can make up judgment about the people on basis of skin color, gender, and other factors - otherwise Companies like Google would not make a point of hiring women and black people but would search for other qualities...

This argument made me make this face in real life 😒 The idea is that because of historical discrimination, most areas of academia and innovation are biased towards white people. Diversity and inclusion ensures that more than just white (male) people get to participate.

Discrimination is actually justified when it's the other way around because black and brown people cannot fit into Western and Eastern civilizations. Sam Harris approve this (even though he say sometimes that it's irrelevant, weird). You should know that since you follow him.

😒Stop @'ing me with your dishonest paraphrasings of sam harris. Come with evidence or I have no reason to believe you, since your kind love to make a hobby out of twisting his words and robbing them of essential context.

https://mobile.twitter.com/_saeen_/status/895834076762038272 … "muh context" the context is that he contradict himself, race doesn't matter, race matter, he's not coherent

Quoting Sacha Saeen's misrepresentations of Harris is not a good way to appear credible.

Do you have ears? He say that in some context, race matter. Listen to the original podcast, I did, the context is the same

It's not coherent to say that in some contexts race matters? In that example, he's saying that fear of being racist could lead someone to make bad decisions. If you think it never could, you'll need to make an argument for that.

"race doesn't matter" "race does" Why does he criticize people using the basis of race when he does the same? BTW, re-read your tweet, because making bad decisions according to him is ignoring the basis of race

So now that you can't accuse me of quoting out of context, you or any of your friends here should be able to see the inconsistency of Harris

I don't think its inconsistent to think that race matters in some contexts and not in others. You just need arguments for this. You are not reasoning very well. Does race matter when employing: a) An actor to play MLK? Clearly, yes. b) A software engineer? Celarly, no.

You know that people don't think about employing actors when they debate about race realism, Its about crime and intelligence. Harris said to Murray that it doesn't matter, but now it does
