I think I tend to define "reasonable" for my usage as close to synonymous with "logical" so it's possible for someone to be wrong and reasonable if their premises are wrong, but I'd guess there's a lot of variance in how different people define it.

I feel that consistency can sometimes be a double edged sword. If taken to absolute terms, it abandons any and all nuance or the ability to make distinctions between two concept that on the surface may seem identical but dig deeper and you’ll see the difference.

Internal consistency is insufficient to prove correctness - someone can be internally consistent while still having flawed assumptions. At least it is better than hypocrisy, I guess....
