I have lost another 3lbs in the last 5 days. 10lbs gone since sticking strictly to my calorie controlled diet for nearly two weeks. This makes me happy. I can feel it already even tho I have a long way to go. Appetite has now adjusted too. I can do this.

Have you read why we get fat by Gary taubes? I highly highly recommend it. It’s loaded with science and great advice. It helping me lose weight and stay full and I don’t need to restrict calories. In my view calorie restricted diets are starvation diets that incentivize binging

Yes, I tried that for two months and gained about 1lb every three days if I ate whenever hungry. This makes me lose 3lbs a week consistently without being hungry. I lost 120lbs on it in a year last time I gained weight due to meds & kept it off until I was on them again.
