I have lost another 3lbs in the last 5 days. 10lbs gone since sticking strictly to my calorie controlled diet for nearly two weeks. This makes me happy. I can feel it already even tho I have a long way to go. Appetite has now adjusted too. I can do this.

I tried it for a week couldn’t do it. I don’t think it’s a long term solution. I’m now trying high fiber, complex carbs, lots of legumes.
