No point being offended by being asked to present evidence. Especially if you are a lawyer.

Blimey people accuse of lawyers being high handed. 1. Didn't respond immediately because (gasp) I have others things to do with my day. 2. Naiively assumed if you are talking about use of stats in pay discrim you would be aware of the status of stat evidence in EU law

And you've been told it's because they haven't been submitted as evidence. That is rather important. You can't just say they exist and they show what you claim them to show and expect people to say 'Oh, OK, then, widescale discrimination exists. Thank you, unknown Twitter user.'
