I keep Googling everyone who criticises Jordan Peterson and they ALL have arts degrees. Nothing against arts degrees by the way. But it's just funny the correlation between hating Peterson and having no scientific background...https://www.theguardian.com/fashion/2018/may/23/jordan-peterson-public-intellectual-isnt-clever-violent-men-monogamy?CMP=share_btn_tw …

Blimey people accuse of lawyers being high handed. 1. Didn't respond immediately because (gasp) I have others things to do with my day. 2. Naiively assumed if you are talking about use of stats in pay discrim you would be aware of the status of stat evidence in EU law
-
3. I couldn't link to evidence but the stats are referred to in publicly availabile court judgements from ECJ and Supreme Court. 4.i didn't question I asked why no weight attached to evidence and stats of pay discrim in UK
-
And you've been told it's because they haven't been submitted as evidence. That is rather important. You can't just say they exist and they show what you claim them to show and expect people to say 'Oh, OK, then, widescale discrimination exists. Thank you, unknown Twitter user.'
