I think it has had some positive results but has been hijacked by people complaining about non-issues and that they are doing so because of the perception of a patriarchal system & rape culture.

I totally agree that it has been hijacked by both the right and left to suit their narrative (ie the right saying it’s a conspiracy against men and he left saying that they shouldn’t be questioned etc), which is a shame as it is a very serious issue that shouldn’t be politicised.
