Darius Dugas should have been in the Harris County jail, as he is pending life in prison for a Felon in Possession of a Firearm charge, as a true habitual offender. Instead, he's free on bond. We'll wait and see if that bond gets revoked or forfeited. #HarrisCountyDeservesBetter
