Having just received my new passport, I can't help wondering..... my new passport reads "European Union". Will we have to reissue millions of passports after BREXIT and at a cost to whom? It will be illegal to have EU on our passports. @HM_Passport
Hi, UK passports issued before we leave the EU will remain valid, and there will be no difference to passport privileges, or their acceptance, whether British citizens hold an EU-branded passport or not. Chris

I actually love that I will have a red passport for a decade after Brexit (if it happens) - about to apply for new one - don’t want a blue one! Ps also just applied online for daughter and v impressed with process and speed - Show replies
